Developer License - 500 total or IP Specific?

Hi,

Does anyone know if the Developer License is good for 500 individual IP specific toolbar installations or is it 500 total? If I've had 100 test builds and installations does that count towards the 500 or is it separate?

Also, is there a way to track the number of installations of a toolbar?

Developers Trial License counts all installations, including toolbar installs from ToolbarStudio itself.

This is rather for testing ,not for publishing on the site.
